This 1.6 mile extension to the Fraser to Granby Trail featured rock, rock, and more rock! Oh, and a really nice trail as well! Designed by Blue Sky Trails, LLC., as an intermediate level hiking and biking trail, this gateway section completes the contiguous Fraser to Granby trail route by connecting previously constructed trail sections adjacent to the Solvista Ski Resort with 10 mile road in Granby. Machine assisted construction featured Dawn Packard of Blue Sky Trails, LLC. on the Sweco 480 dozer and Dave taking care of the excavator and sub-finishing duties.
