Plan/Build project to re-construct retaining walls and establish more user-friendly access around the homeowner’s structure. Demolition included the removal of 300sff of wood-tie retainers and steps. The construction phase included four native stone, hand-laid, gravity-supported retaining walls totaling over 500sff, curving stone-retained access pathways around both the front and rear of the dwelling, and significant slope contouring and revegetation. |
